1. Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.

2. Deposits
All deposits for appointments are non-refundable. Deposits are a partial cost of the service and secure your appointment slot and cover the initial booking process.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur in the loss of your deposit.  

4. Mobile Service Appointments
Mobile hair extension service is subject to availability and travel time and expenses apply.  

5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new appointment time.

6. Consultations
The fee for consultation conducted at my studio is non refundable or redeemable.
