1. Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
2. Deposits
All deposits for appointments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Deposits secure your appointment slot and cover the initial booking process.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
4. Mobile Service Appointments
For mobile hair extension services, travel time and expenses are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.
5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new appointment time.
6. Consultations
The consultation fee for mobile services is non-redeemable and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
