Terms and Conditions for Deposits and Consultations

1. Deposit Policy:
– A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
– This deposit is non-refundable and will only be redeemable against future appointments if at least 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellations or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
– If notice is given less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. In-Person Consultation Fee:
– The fee for an in-person consultation is required at the time of booking. 
– This consultation fee is redeemable against the total amount. 
– If the client decides not to proceed with the service after the consultation, the fee will be forfeited.

5. Payments:-
– Payment for service must be done in full at completion. We accept major credit cards, online banking, and PayPal.

4. General Terms:
– By making a deposit or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
– We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
