3. Sign the consultation agreement and pay a holding deposit.
4. Fitting of your dream hair
All services must be fully paid at completion.
Every head of hair is unique and each client has different needs and all these factors need to be taken into consideration when quoting a price. Therefore, for an exact quote an evaluation via a face-to-face consultation is essential.
All new hair extensions clients will need to book a consultation prior to the fitting appointment in order to have their hair and scalp assessed and to colour match the hair. During the consultation, all different factors will be discussed and a quote provided. For a follow-up maintenance appointment you won’t need a consultation
Hybrid methods are available and quoted on consultation. Maintenance prices vary depending on the fitting method, amount of hair / bonds / tapes etc and the time since your last maintenance.
A more tailored price can be given through the online consultation questionnaire, only after a face-to-face consultation will an exact price be quoted.
The consultation fee is £35 and is redeemed against your future appointment. If you decide against booking a hair appointment the consultation fee is NON REFUNDABLE
A 48 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES on all services.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT CAN ONLY BE REDEEMED AGAINST A RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IF AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE ARE GIVEN.
IF LESS THAN 48 hours notice are given you will have to pay another deposit to book a new appointment.

The maintenance and refit prices are for sets of extensions fitted by us and returning within the recommended time.
An extra £10 will be added to each extra week going over the recommended maintenance time.
