Ambitious Lengths In-Person Hair Extensions Courses Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By enrolling in our hair extensions courses, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

2. Course Enrolment

• Upon payment in full, you will receive the course materials and resources necessary for your training.
• To secure your spot in a course, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required.
• Please note that all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Assessment and Organisation

• Students must successfully pass all required examinations within the following time frames:
• 4 Methods Course: within 3 months
• Single Method or 2 Methods Course: within 1 month
• If you do not pass within the specified time, you will be granted an additional month to complete another model for retake.

4. Course Material

• All course materials and resources provided are proprietary and are strictly for the use of enrolled students.
• No reproduction or distribution of materials is permitted without prior written consent from Ambitious Lengths.

5. Conduct and Professionalism

• All students are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and conduct during the course.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.

6. Limitations and Liabilities of Ambitious Lengths

• Ambitious Lengths shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the course, including but not limited to loss of profits or any other economic loss.

7. Modifications of Terms and Conditions

• Ambitious Lengths reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students, and continued participation in the course will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
